This year's Carnival is featuring a heck of a lot of volunteers and sponsors, but Rita Bazinet of Chez Rita's might take the cake... pun COMPLETELY intended. Rita is providing cake pops to Carnival guests free of cost and well, let's just say that that is a LOT of cake! Thank you so much for your generosity, Rita!
