Amongst the organizers of the Carnival we often describe volunteers as our most valuable resource, and THEY ARE. Without the approximately 30 volunteers that we get to work with on June 14th, the Carnival would never happen... period. Know that when you see someone managing a game, selling tickets, painting faces, or answering questions, they are there out of kindness of their hearts (and possibly for the glory, but who can blame them?!)
Please take the time to thank them for all they do! ALL of the following groups, organizations, and businesses will be providing volunteers:
MPS Parents' Fundraising Association (your friendly neighorhood organizers), Big Brothers Big Sisters, B.O.Y.S., ECDI, Early Childhood Education SSD, the Jessica Martel Foundation, the Morinville Alliance Church Summer JAM, the Morinville Community Library, Morinville Ringette, Morinville RCMP, Sturgeon Country Junior Roller Derby Association, Sunflower Community Resource Program, Town of Morinville Bylaw Enforcement, Rooke Karate, Bear's Skin Art Tattoo & Piercing Studio, Best Buy Skyview, and Starbucks!
